Bitdefender was always the best. One time I had a virus and it was the ONLY anti-v to actually detect and dispose of it. I have a mac these days so I dont worry about anti-virus software anymore, so things may be different now. I still, however, do use windows for work and I have no problems with the bitdefender installed, plus you can get free scans on their site.
