I think it's a unique situation because when I checked a few hours ago on my laptop and my iPad I was back to having access to the presentations like I'm supposed to.....but now I'm back to getting the 401-Unauthorized error yet again on my laptop BUT I have access to the presenations on my iPad. Which has me believing it's something as wacky as my internet connection going haywire and the connection between my laptop/iPad and the Presentations server gets dropped. Because during the past week FB was really slow to load and same thing the dashboard part of my student portal and even the Student Community was sluggish loading on my iPad, and some of my comments were taking longer than usual to post in the Community. And we've been getting storms here the past couple of weeks and storms affect my internet connection. I'll know for sure if it's my internet when I test it out using a different wireless internet network tomorrow. It's weird that the mobile version of Safari can access it right now but not my laptop's version of Safari. I'm really beginning to think the cause of the glitch is at my end since I'm the only student experiencing it, and my internet has been acting up and the Pearson's tech support person I spent an hour talking to about the problem came to the conclusion it wasn't at their end, but that was because he didn't have access to my student portal to go through step-by-step how I was getting into the presentations. And Rebecca was able to access the presentations when she tried to help me solve the glitch when I first reported it. So I think it's me and not a system wide issue.
