I just opened up exam 7 in Principles of Finance and it briefly displayed question 1 and then immediately I went to a window I've never seen before. (I'm finishing my third semester). Basically what it said was there was some sort of error (it said possibly another browser was open, but there was only one.) It said to correct this problem I had to click return to take the test. I assumed by clicking the button as instructed that I would've been brought back to the original screen to start the test or at least to Question #1. However, to my surprise clicking the button submitted my test and gave me a 0.
So instead of taking the test I'm writing up this report (at the time of the incident) for verification and I'll be calling the school on Monday so I can take my exam. I was excited to take my exam because I just had a new course opened for me and now...I have a 4.0 but the computer system just nailed me with a 0. I'm going to look up the term 'outlier' while someone reboots my test. If this can somehow be resolved before the weekend is over it would be great because I had planned to do some major studying this weekend but now I'm sad to be stuck and of course worried about my course grade. Those were complex chapters and dense material so now I'll probably just have to study throughout the weekend the same material and hopefully take my exam monday STAT. Sorry I just wrote so much but it was like a panic button when I saw that error page.
