In Medical Office Assistant Part 2, Exam 9 "Effective Medical Office Communication, on number 17, the queation is "With communicating with an eldery patient:" ......and the choices are A.) withhold or gloss over information that will upset the patient, B) avoiding asking the patient to repeat, C) explain your instructions in great detail, D) act as if you expect tye patient to understand.   On my first attempt, my answer was C, and I got it wrong. Second attempt I answered A, and got it wrong. On my third and final attempt, I answered B, and got it wrong. Am I missing something? With thos answers wrong that would leave D as the correct answer, but I don't think you would act as if you expect the patient to understand because if they don't understand, then you would help them to understand. Could someone help me please? If I got this question right, I would like to get credit for it.
