For years many of companies have used incentives to reward outstanding employees, but now many aslo believe that an incentive program will unmotivate those that are not lucky enough to get an incentive. In the thought that only a few selected/favored employees will always get an incentive and that others will not and become slower and less interested in their work. I would like to know what others think as well as why they think incentive programs should or should not be used in a work place.
