I dont hear much of the death penality as was 25 years ago, more criminals may get the death penalty than what we hear on the news. I think the best answer is put those who commit a crime worth the death penalty, life in prison and given the most harsh penalty there is, than others that are serving life in prison for crimes that were not worth the death penalty.
