I would say it's never too early! Especially for something as important as that. You need time to think, rewrite, and revise! Look at your plan and see what needs to be done that will take some time. Try to get some of your goals knocked out first so when you are ready you don't have to jump through hoops. It's a lot easier to organize and figure out what you want to do when it is tangible. The more time the better I say! I wish you the best of luck
