I'm also a new student and had the same situation you described. I was kind of lost on when or how to start the course. Finallyafter 3 weeks, devided to call Ashworth & I was told I had to read& study the ORIENTATION book ( I thought it was online courses) by starting with the "Learning Guide" entirely to Page 1-67, follow all the instructions & take the online test by clicking on Go to Courses, Property Management Introduction, then Exams & Quizes(On left side tool bar) you will see then 3 links to take the exams all in order. My problem is that it took me a while to understand how to get to that point, so I have missed the 1st exam, that's called "Pre-Test Exam 1.Figure that since tests are on a timely basis, it has expired, or it was a compuer glitch tonite, that when I tried to access that test, it dissapeared. is no longer in my list of exams to take. So I had to continue with the next test in the highlighted list(Exam 2). Now I have to continue to read the Orientation booklet (Concepts of Small Business & Self Employment) in order to take the 3 Exam of this 1st level. Notte, there's no 2nd shippment as it may apparear on your Dashboard, I thought it was on its way but when I called they explained there' s no 2nd book for teh course until we complete the 1st level.
I'll appreciate if someone can also respond to me how to be able to take that 1st Exam.
