Newbie with text book questions

Hi, I am new to the boards and just started my classes last month.  I am in the Medical Office Assistant program and received my Medical Assisting: Administrative Procedures text.  According to my Learning Guides and the text I was supposed to have a CD in the back of the text book, however, when I checked the back of the book, no CD.  Did anyone receive a CD in the back of their text?  Wondering if I just received a bad text book or if maybe they just don't include the CD's anymore.  Any help would be appreciated.  I have also sent a message to the support desk.
