I'm sure if I was able to just give them one nominee and that person was a retired high school teacher a retired pastor will work. And exams taken online are graded right then and there on the spot (I know that's the way it is with lesson exams) and paper exams take longe because they have to be mailed or faxed to the school and then scanned and/or manually graded.....and if your college degree is the "online" one then you take the exam online like you to lesson exams. There won't be a paper exam option in that case.
