Another SP180 Assignment 6 Question

For assignment 6 do we have to submit the rough draft of our speech along with the outline or are we just to submit the outline without the rough draft of the speech?The assignment mentioned we should start writing the rough draft of the speech and that lesson 7 will be the final draft....but it didn't say to submit either just the outline or the rough draft along with the outline.
