Exams 4 and 5

I am on Lesson 4 right now and I was wondering if the exams will be the same as the first? Multiple choice or essay questions? A mixture of both? I am trying to prepare myself. I have really bad test anxiety so I just don't want to stress myself out! Also, I access my exams via my Kindle and I was wondering if the tests do involve essay questions, will I need to take it via an actual computer? TIA!
