I have done this assignment, and I can help! It doesn't mention anything about ethical behavior in the paragraph, but they just want you to say what types of ethical behavior MKD may claim to have towards their employees. I looked up different types of behaviors that are considered to be ethical towards an employee (such as fair wages or non-discrimination in hiring), then I listed those things. Hope that helps!
