Good evening. I voiced my concern about one of my courses that I am currently pursuing in this present semester which is Fundamentals of Management for the mere reason that assignment three where reference is made to a case study "Laughing all the way to the bank" with page 173 as the reference for that particular case study cannot be located. I have almost but searched the entire book for the case study to no avail. I am also greatly disappointed since I have called and spoken to personnel of Ashworth College on two (2) different occasions thus far on this particular issue each promising to make things right. On the first occasion which was about three (3) weeks ago, I was assured that since I received the wrong course materials that the correct ones would be shipped off to me. On the second occasion which was on the 23rd July, 2013 I called again since I had received the same set of course materials. In this instance I was assured that the course materials were the correct ones since the textbook was "based on the newly revised course." I was told that my "course will be updated to coincide with my textbook," I am still waiting for this to take place. I my concerns are:
1. that it has now been four days and no changes have been made to that course. I am ready to resume progress on that course.
2. I was also told that lesson one (1) will be removed; this baffles me since I have already completed the exam for lesson one (1). What does this mean for me?
I really need your assistance in having this matter resolved speedily since I am trying to make the most efficient use of the summer break.
Thanks for your kind assistance as always.
