It might not be worth replacing a few parts. I get my computer parts (and purchased my computers) from newegg,com. I saw a refurbished pc for $109 on their site today. You can even speak with someone from there to see if it would be worth replacing a video card, memory card, motherboard, power supply, ect.. You might just have a virus and reconfiguring your computer would more then likely resolve the slow boot up, slow to open web pages, and key lag. Talk to them, tell them what brand and model computer you have, when you purchased it, and the issues you are having. Hope this is helpful
