Hi, first of all, in degree programs you cannot retake exams for a better grade. The only case you can and need to retake an exam or assignment, if you fail it for the first time. Please, refer to the Student Handbook. On the other hand, if you think you've given the correct answer, post an exam dispute (not quoting the exact exam question and answers) in Study Hall, write a letter about your concerns to tutor@ashworthcollege.edu, or simply call 1-800-224-7234 to talk to an instructor.
